CULTURAL ENVOY

Oyuntuya Oyunjargal

Oyuntuya Oyunjargal, born in Mongolia, graduated in "European Media Studies "at the University of Potsdam (UP) and the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam (FHP) with the participation of the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" (HFF), then in “Arts and Media Administration” at the Institute for Arts & Media Management, Freie Universität Berlin (IKM FU Berlin).

In May 2016 she was appointed by the Foreign Ministry of Mongolia as a Cultural Envoy of Mongolia in the Federal Republic of Germany in order to promote bilateral relations between the two countries in the fields of arts and culture, history, education and science, sports and society. She works actively with the Embassy of Mongolia in Berlin, supports, and consults them on intercultural activities.

In 2013 she founded "Arts & Media Project Management & Consulting /AMPMC/" in order to strengthen the participation of civil society in the arts and culture sector in Mongolia and to further develop artistic excellence, cultural exchange and sustainable German-Mongolian institutional cooperation.

Through the collaboration with the AMPMC NGO team on almost 50 projects, she supports, among other things implementation of cultural policy in Mongolia and works continuously with national and foreign ministries, governmental agencies, public and private institutions, and experts, international artists to implement international projects.
